You may be hearing a lot about the enhanced data protection law rights that we as individuals are getting from Europe in May 2018 and you may be worried about what you need to do to be GDPR ready in your business or organisation by 25 May 2018.

The good news is that there is lots of guidance and assistance available to help you prepare.

I would suggest that a good starting point would be to check out the dedicated GDPR website of the Irish regulator, the Data Protection Commissioner.  Step plans, checklists and guidance notes can be obtained for free on that website.

The go live date is 25 May 2018 so you need to start planning now to be ready.
